About Our Facility

At The Meadows you'll find a warm and welcoming home for your horse, and a great group of boarders and staff who share your love of equestrian sports and social activities.

As an adult barn, without the usual roster of hourly lessons dominating the arena, we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in which to share our varied interests. Our boarders come from a wide range of equestrian backgrounds; from dressage, hunter jumper, western pleasure and natural horsemanship, to novices and those with a lifetime of experience. Whether you’d like to join a group lesson, hack through an endless forest, or spend a quiet hour alone with your horse, you'll find the opportunity at The Meadows.

Arrange a lesson with your own coach or book a private or group lesson with our resident coach. Lessons can be conducted in one of many locations on the property, such as our 80’ x 80’ sand ring, 60’ x 160’ indoor arena, or
100' x 250' jumping ring.

A Caring, Comfortable Home for Your Horse

We care about the well-being, happiness and comfort of your horse. With experienced, responsible staff living on-site, we're able to keep you informed about your horse's daily regime and general health. As a boarder at The Meadows, you and your horse will enjoy:

• 32 large box stalls in two aisles
• stalls with 1” thick rubber matting, over compacted earth
• bedding of dust free wood shavings, mucked out each morning
• 8 hours daily turnout to large grass pastures, in small groups
• 24/7 turnout available during summer through to early fall
  
  
• top quality square and round bales
• grain is clean, crimped oats, all-in-one pelleted feed, sweetfeed and beet pulp - boarders may provide other feeds and supplements if they wish
• fresh water and free-choice salt blocks are always available
• assisted farrier, vet and dentist visits, when you can't be at the barn
• up to two blanket changes per day, more than two can be arranged for $30/month
  
  
• two tack rooms, each with large storage lockers
• numerous sets of cross-ties thoughout the barn
• indoor access from the barn to the arena
• outside coaches, farriers and vets always welcome

Board is $550 per month, including HST.
